A few weeks ago, we held a customer appreciation event where we pledged a portion of our daily sales, to research and treatment of Parkinson disease. We chose Parkinson’s as our cause because Pam Kollmer (pictured), a valuable member of our Boyd’s Tire family, lives with this condition everyday (and does it very well I might add!). Yesterday, we were blessed as a company to be able to present this check to Allison Lenz of the Ohio Chapter of the Parkinson’s Foundation. Thank you Pam, Store Manager Tom Davis and team, with a special thanks to the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. that allowed us to have some amazing specials on their Goodyear line of products to support this event! Hopefully, we will be able to continue our relationship with the Parkinson’s Foundation of Ohio in the future, at both of our annual events.
